Refund policy


We understand that sometimes things don’t work out and that’s okay. At Lauvé, you have up to 30 days from the moment your full order is delivered to request a return.

Please note: return shipping fees are covered by the customer unless the item was received damaged or defective.

At Lauvé Atelier, we want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn’t quite right, you can return your item within 30days of delivery.

Return Policy

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition, with tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the item.

Please note:

  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, such as:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products (e.g., cosmetics)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Exchanges

Need a different size or item? The fastest way to exchange is to return the item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If your item was delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery. No explanation needed.

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may need additional time to process the refund.
